SYNC 4 This May 24!

SYNC 4 This May 24!

As we progress further into the year, you may start to see more 2021 Ford models out on the roads, and in turn, more models with the all-new SYNC4 entertainment system. Currently, SYNC4 has made a debut in models such as the 2021 Mustang Mach-E, F-150, and even in the new Ford Bronco. The May 24 long weekend is the perfect amount of time to get to know your new SYNC4 system. We encourage customers of the new system to take a deep dive in and learn all the features of SYNC4, whether it be on the drive to the cottage/camping or just kicking it back at home enjoying the time-off. Here are some of our favourite features:

Wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto

We have been super excited about this finally becoming standard in our SYNC4 system. Android Auto and Apple Carplay are a great way to personalize your Entertainment System using your smart device. If you haven’t already, pair your Bluetooth device to your vehicle, and approve the use of Apple Carplay or Android Auto and enjoy the custom user interface designed by your phone’s software!

Owners Manual and How-To Videos

Included in our new SYNC4 system is the ability to view your entire owner's manual through the SYNC4 display! This will allow you to look up How-To videos on your vehicles' specific functions or troubleshoot any issues you may be having. Easily search through the manual rather than painfully flipping through the massive hard copy included with the vehicle.

Largest Display

Compared to previous versions of SYNC, SYNC4 comes available on our largest screen yet. The largest SYNC4 display comes in the Mustang Mach-E which uses a 15.5” display to offer the driver a full experience through SYNC - only a dial to adjust things like the volume of your music. Depending on how other Ford vehicles are optioned, you could end up with the standard 8” display, or optional 12” display in vehicles like the F-150.

Machine Learning and Cloud-Based Technology

SYNC4 uses machine learning and a Cloud-Based System to predict what you look for from your entertainment system by customizing your destinations as well as suggested contacts of who you call most frequently. This, in hand with more user customizability, will help to create a more fluid experience for you in your vehicle.

In order to play around with the all-new SYNC4 system, you’ll need a vehicle that supports it! Call us or book an appointment online to speak to a Sales Representative about upgrading to a vehicle with SYNC4.
