On Saturday, June 6th, our team welcomed the Barrie community for the Drive For Your Community event at Bayfield Ford Lincoln. The event brought people together for a meaningful day of driving, connection, and support for a great cause close to home.
A Community Event With Purpose
Hosted by our Sales Team, the event invited guests to take part in a test drive in support of the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. For every completed test drive during the event, Ford Canada donated $30 toward the cause, helping raise approximately $2,000 over 64 test drives.
The turnout was a strong reminder of what makes the Barrie community so special. Customers, team members, and local supporters came together with a shared purpose: to support the care of some of RVH’s youngest patients and the families who rely on the NICU for intensive care.
Supporting RVH NICU Close to Home
This event also contributed to a larger community donation of more than $25,000 from the Bayfield Ford Lincoln team. These funds will help support critical care, equipment, and resources for families across Barrie and the surrounding areas.
Serving the community has always been an important part of who we are as a dealership. We’re proud to support local initiatives that make a lasting impact, and we’re grateful to everyone who helped make this event such a success.
