The XLT is equipped with a 3.3L Ti-VCT V6 engine, and a 3.0L Power Stroke Turbo Diesel V6 engine is an optional feature. The transmission is 6-speed and electronic, with tow/haul mode and sport mode. But you’ll get fuel economy along with power in the XLT: this model comes standard with stop/start engine technology to preserve fuel while your vehicle is stopped for a period of time.
