The Mustang Shelby GT is outfitted with a host of visual upgrades, including hood vents, 20-inch wheels, a unique upper grille, side rockers, rocker wings, a new rear spoiler, and a unique tail light panel. Brand-specific badging is also affixed throughout the car, while customers can also have their choice between a variety of stripe packages.

You can also opt to have your shop fit the car with a killer Wide Body kit or go for the convertible option to add a little extra to your Shelby GT’s style and performance.

In terms of wheels, the Shelby GT rides on lightweight aluminum, forged, flow form wheels produced by Carroll Shelby Wheel company and paired with Shelby spec performance tires, with the option of bright or black finishes.

A fully customized interior is also a part of the package, which includes a serialized dash plate and Shelby leather seat covers.

The 2021 Shelby GT package includes Ford Performance springs, Ford Performance sway bars, caster camber plates, and a Shelby-exclusive Borla cat-back exhaust, but you can also opt for the Heavy Duty Package, which adds an upgraded radiator, coolant tank, wheel studs, and performance half-shafts.

What you’ll really want to opt for though is the GT S/C Package, which brings a big supercharger into the picture. That brings output for the Shelby mustang up from 480 to 70 hp. That power is then bolstered by a Ford Performance FR3 suspension system or Penske's optional track suspension setup to maximize the car’s capabilities, all without sacrificing ride quality. A Brembo brake upgrade is also available and definitely worth adding if increasing the hp.
